A new day, and new year and a new me(maybe). I kinda like me the way I am, and maybe I just need an update, you know, just add on some new things and work on fixing other things.

I'm just having a time and a half, thinking about some stuff and someone really special to me. I like him and he likes me but things are complicated there, and I am going to talk to him about it. But I just don't know what to say. I would love some insight on this but I guess I just need to think about what i'm going to say somemore.

So this weekend was interesting for me. It was so much fun though.

I went to applebee's with erin, jay, jacob, and sherita on friday and had a few drinks. Then Saturday we went to see a play in abingdon. It was good and funny. Then we went to Jay's house to watch there dogs, and they are so cute. And erin taught me how to read sheet music and play the piano. So I've been practicing.

Today at hall council we made ginger bread houses, and mine and robin's fell down so we just wiped icing on everyone's faces. It was funny. Then it snowed.

Nic, I was right. Classes start on the 17 of January, the day after martin luther king jr. day. So be happy.

I am 21 now. Yay! I had a wonderful birthday and it's still not over. My roommate gave me a watch, my boyfriend gave me the most beautiful pea coat, scarf and gloves. My mom gave me $100, with which I bought a skirt, black dress, and of course, shoes. My grandmother gave me some lotion and a card, and I got money from my uncle. It was great.

Thanksgiving was good too, I hope everyone's was as good as mine, if not, just come home with me next year. Unfortunately my car brokedown on the way home, and I had to leave it. My dad is going to fix it though, and I got to drive my mom's truck back to school. I went shopping on black friday, go ahead and call me crazy cause I am. oh well.

So now, I'm going to drink like a fish and party with my roommate and our boyfriends.

Today was excellent because I got my English midterm back today and I made an A. That just made me feel so great. I also got some speech work done today and I studied for psychology. I played a couple of volleyball games, and though we lost it was still fun.

This weekend was pretty good as well. I had a movie night with addy and jacob. We watched Romancing the Stone and I Robot. Good movies, the first a little cheesy, but it was an 80's classic, so it was good. I got to hang out with Jacob on Saturday night, and his friend Matt cooked for us, and the food was delicous. We had steak, mashed potatoes and these chocolate lava things. It was all good.

In other news I am so excited, because this thursday at midnight, Addy and I and some of our friends are going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. OH so excited am I.

Then my favorite holiday is next week. Yes, thanksgiving. WooHoo!

So today was a really good day. I actually went to History. I haven't been in about 3 weeks. That's so terrible. I just fell asleep in there though. Oh well.

I went to my other classes and ate lunch with Addy, Robin, and Gray. And also saw Devon and Israel there. Israel and I talked about flappers and silent movies for about 10 minutes, I love meeting people that I share common interests with.

Addy and I went to the writing center to work on our speeches. I have to give mine tomorrow and I'm very confident about it. I think I will do really well.

I slept for the rest of the day. And now I feel lazy and tired and useless. Yay!

So my friend told me that I seem more confident this year. And I very thoroughly agree with him. I feel more confident in myself this year rather than last. I'm beautiful, smart, and so funny. I love feeling this way, and don't really care if people take it as arrogance. I have awesome self-esteem and it's good for me.

It is such a beautiful day today. I love fall, the change of the leaves and the weather. Not to cold not to hot. It's just wonderful.

I went to church this morning with Charlie. I realize that I don't know that much about my religion. All these years I've just been following along like a little sheep. Just doing what I thought was right, according to my mother. Since I've been here at school I've come to quite a few new opinions. I'm an explorer, so I like to see new things, investigate them and try to understand them a little more. My new views and opinions: Catholics were blashpemers, I'm not sure if they still are and I'm not sure if I still want to be considered one. Why should we have to go to one specific church and believe everything they tell us to. The sheep thing comes in to play here, I've never liked to follow others, I like to be my own person, believe what I want to believe. Do things for my own reasons not someone elses. So for now, I'm considered lost, but I'll just think of it as exploring.

So before i left school for the summer i met the most wonderful guy ever. His name is Jacob and he is unbelievable. He listens to the same music as me even some country, and Brak, i mean how awesome is that. He has blonde hair and the most beautiful dark blue eyes. And he is a geek, an adorable geek. He said i was gorgeous and he loves my hair and my skin and he collects fonts(how cute is that). He just graduated college and he designs web pages and ads and stuff(he's a digital media major). His family lives in blountville and he has an apartment in jc. He loves "friends" and his fam's house is beautiful. They have a 50 acre farm and his mom is a science teacher and his dad is an architect. I met him in snowboarding class cause he's friends with jay and erin, and it is just so funny that we waited till the last weekend of school to actually go out on a date. My family likes him, well what they know of him, they've only met him once. Addy thinks he's hot and funny and perfect for me. He wants to take dance lessons with me and he loves to travel. I like him soooo much and i just love being around him and talking to him, or listening to him talk and his laugh is so cute. Oh and he smells good(and tastes good). he's just so cute and funny and frickin' hot.
